She works closely to mentor, support, guide, and motivate you with healthy lifestyle changes towards optimal wellness. Sessions are personalized to your wants, needs, goals, and abilities. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Cynthia’s interest in helping people to be and feel healthier and happier started several years ago with her own father, who was suffering from depression and lots of physical problems. She decided then and there to discover ways to help people help themselves be as healthy as they can be. What do you love most about your job? The best part of my job is when my client says, “Thank you so much for all your help.” It is a great feeling to know that I had a big part in a person’s health and well being. It’s good to be able to help them discover what will work for them. What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer? I love it when my clients tell me they wish they would have come to me sooner because the changes we decided to have them do are really making them feel so much better.
